Founding partners Marion, Chris and Jodie have been involved with the development, production and distribution of some of the world’s best-loved and award-winning children's properties, including Thomas & Friends, Bluey, Mike the Knight, Bing and Moominvalley. Between them (and sometimes together!) they have worked at some of the industry’s most respected organisations.

For more than 25 years, Chris has overseen the commissioning, development and production of some of the world’s most successful & award-winning children's animated and live action series. As both a producer & broadcast executive, Chris has worked for leading commercial and public service companies.
Previously Chris has held senior positions at Paramount International (Nickelodeon), ABC Australia, Beano Studios, HiT Entertainment and the BBC where he worked across both CBBC and CBeebies.
An Emmy-award winning and BAFTA-nominated creative, Marion has over 30 years of experience in a wide-range of areas including managing large-scale international co-productions, finance and tax credits, re-invigorating evergreen brands, and delivering content for an increasingly diverse range of platforms.
In addition to working as a successful independent children's media consultant, Marion has held senior positions at Dreamworks, HiT Entertainment, Gutsy Animations and Telemagination.
Jodie is a respected kids’ media executive and organisational leader, with a proven track record in delivering successful commercial growth for kids’ and youth brands. Her specialist areas include content distribution, digital audience engagement (inc. YouTube and social), digital content and revenue generation.
Jodie started her media career at Channel 4, before moving on to senior roles at both Beano Studios, and Acamar Films where she oversaw global distribution and audience engagement.
